LATA Expo is the most exciting and productive B2B travel event in Europe, bringing together key suppliers from Latin America and buyers from the UK and Europe. In 2024, we transformed LATA Expo to a fully-residential more intimate event as a new way of delivering the invaluable business opportunities that we have created since 2014.

In 2025 we return to the fabulous Beaumont Estate, just outside historic Windsor, in Berkshire.

To ensure that those taking part have the best experience, exhibitor places will be limited to 100 Standard Exhibitors and 10 Premium Exhibitors.

The LATA Expo Conference returns on on day one, with a half day programme of inspiring and informative content followed by personalised meetings. Monday night will again feature the Gala Dinner, incorporating the LATA Achievement Awards. Tuesday starts with our popular Interactive Session, with meetings during the rest of the day, and we will again enjoy the LATA Expo Festival in the evening. Wednesday sees the Sustainability Conference return, followed by the final meetings to conclude the event.
