During LATA Expo 2025, all buyers will be hosted on-site, with accommodation and meals all included.Buyer delegates will have a room to themselves, with a desk and Wi-Fi, giving you quiet to catch up on your emails. All buyers will be hosted on Monday and Tuesday night, but you also have the option to stay with us on Sunday night, with some evening welcome activities. Alternatively, you can arrive by 9.30am on Monday for the conference.

LATA Expo Buyer Package

 

The LATA Expo 2025 buyer package is free to LATA members (one delegate per member) and Premium buyers, and only £500 plus vat to all other delegates. The package includes:

• 3 nights’ accommodation – each room with a desk and working facilities
• All meals
• A personal diary of one-to-one meetings with Latin American suppliers
• LATA Expo conference on Monday 2nd
• Gala Dinner on Monday 2nd
• LATA Expo Festival on the evening of Tuesday 3rd
• Sustainability Conference on Wednesday 4th
